This Wisconsin Smoked Gouda cheese is naturally smoked. So expect a real smoke flavor. Please note most "Smoked Gouda" sold in grocery stores in the long brown tube is actually not smoked nor is it gouda. It is actually Edam scraps mixed with butter and emulsifying salts, thus making it extremely creamy and buttery. This naturally smoked Wisconsin gouda cheese is firmer and smokier.
