Wisconsin Cheddar cheese Curds have a fairly mild flavor due to their youth however what they don't have in flavor they make up in texture. The texture is firm and springy. This texture causes the curds to squeak when you eat them.
Get three 1-pound packages of fresh wisconsin cheese curds. The two bags of yellow cheddar curds and one bag of white cheddar cuds will squeak in your mouth when they arrive. PLEASE NOTE: Based on availability there might be 2 white curds and 1 yellow curd in this package. This usually only occurs during the holiday season.
This product is extremely perishable. If you ship outside the 2 day ground shipping area, you must ship air.
