I like hot (taste) foods. The add said this was their hottest cheese. The cheese was very good, but too hot for even me. BEWARE! Good but very, very hot!

Not as spicy as I thought. Great pepper flavors and a creamy cheddar afterglow. Initial spice kick, but allows for the flavor of the peppers in the cheese to come through.

Can't say I really care for the taste of the cheese. The texture is a little too soft for me. The peppers are very hot but does not stay a long time in your mouth. Good with crackers and summer sausage.
