Perfect with my CABERNET SAUVIGNON , this is my third time to buy it , price little pit high but it worth it.

I consider myself an amateur on knowledge of cheeses. I have to say tho, I think this is an awful attempt to call it Blue cheese. I ve always enjoyed Blue cheese and consider it my favorite. I do not recommend this cheese at all. Very disappointing.

Cheese arrived very soft, but did firm up in the refrigerator. Don't know if this affected the quality of the cheese.
