This award-winning Wisconsin Cheese is tangy and piquant. Glacier Blue Spruce Blue cheese has a creamy white paste with veins and pockets of blue throughout. This blue cheese is a smooth and mild blue cheese that is cold smoked with Blue Spruce, imparting a unique and slightly sweet flavor with mushroom notes reminiscent of the Northwoods.

'Receive 5 ounces of blue cheese in each package. Located in central Wisconsin, Carr Valley Cheese Company is over one hundred years old. They are one of Wisconsin’s traditional cheese plants, famous for making cheese the old-fashioned way.
