Wisconsin Cheddar cheese Curds have a fairly mild flavor due to their youth however what they don't have in flavor they make up in texture.  Cheese curds are mild, salty to taste, but the flavor can differ depending on how it is made. They display the same firmness as cheese but with an added springy or rubbery texture.  These particular curds are seasoned with garlic and dill, making them a delicious snack right out of the bag!
