The cumin flavor is present and pleasant in this gouda, and the seeds feel slightly dried and very easy to eat. Hickory smoke plays a nice role in creating a light smoky flavor, and this cheese is a delightful snack. This cheese is categorized as semi-firm, meaning it will be supple and springy undertooth.
