Cold Pack Cheese Fudge

Our Chocolate Cheese Fudge is a unique fudge made with a Wisconsin Cheddar Cheese Base. It's rich in flavor and has both a creamy and smooth texture, with added crunch from walnuts.
Now, you can try making it yourself with cold pack cheese! Using Pine River's cold pack cheese spreads, this fudge comes together in 15 minutes and is a decadent dessert all chocolate-lovers will enjoy.
Ingredients
- 1 cup (8 ounces) Sharp Cheddar or Port Wine Cold Pack
- 1 cup (2 sticks) butter, softened
- 4 cups confectioners' sugar
- 1/2 cup baking cocoa
- 1 cup chocolate pecans (or walnuts)
Instructions
1. Line an 8-inch square pan with plastic wrap, allowing wrap to hang over sides. |
2. Beat the cheese spread, butter and confectioners' sugar in a large bowl until combined. Add cocoa; beat until mixture is blended. Stir in pecans. Spread fudge mixture into pan. Cover and refrigerate overnight. |
3. Using plastic wrap, lift fudge from pan. Cut fudge into 1-inch squares. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator. |
