In 2019, we opened a new location in Madison, WI, which also focuses on the incredibly wide range of cheeses our local cheese makers produce. The Cap Times published an article about the opening

We have also had fantastic luck in finding and selling extremely rare cheeses. Take, for example, our 40-year-old cheddar.
Back in 2012, this cheese was discovered and, for a time, was the oldest cheese commercially available in the world.
