These delectable morsels are so simple to put together, but the pleasant combination of the melon with the creaminess of the Havarti, and sweetness of the honey creates a wonderfully balanced flavor, fresh, mild, and perfect for the summer. A delicious appetizer, or even a dessert!
Fresh basil leaves
- 1 small honeydew melon, peeled, seeded, and cut into 3/4 inch cubes
- 14 ounces Havarti cheese, cut into 1 inch cubes
|1. Thread the basil, honeydew, and Havarti on toothpicks as desired. Drizzle with honey.|
- Not a honeydew fan? Try with cantaloupe instead!
