A Sartori-family original, introduced in 2008. BellaVitano cheese is inspired by traditional, Italian farmstead cheese.  BellaVitano cheese features a rich and creamy texture with a great, crave-able taste reminiscent of an aged, premium Wisconsin Cheddar cheese balanced by a full-flavored Parmesan.  This Wisconsin original has won numerous awards, both national and international. You can find it soaked or hand-rubbed in an array of flavors including merlot, espresso, garlic & herb, tomato & basil, and black pepper.
