Banana Pepper Jack

Crafted by the award-winning Meister Cheese Company in Muscoda, Wisconsin, this isn't your average spicy cheese. While traditional Pepper Jack relies on jalapenos, this version uses real banana peppers to provide a unique, vinegar-bright tang and a manageable heat that won't overpower your palate.

Meister Cheese is renowned for their high-quality Monterey Jack cheeses, known for being exceptionally creamy.  By folding in zesty banana peppers, they created a cheese that is as much about flavor as it is about heat. 

The Texture:

Soft, creamy, and especially easy to slice.  This Monterey Jack melts smooth without becoming oily.

The Flavor:

A buttery, mild jack base with a signature sweet-and-tangy zip of banana peppers.  A mild to medium heat.
