Brie Triple Cream

Brie is a soft cow’s-milk cheese named after the French region of the same name, from where the cheese originated. There are many types of Brie cheese available, varying in milk type, butterfat content, and aging.  Schroeder Kase's Triple Cream Brie is a soft ripened, un-pressed cheese made from cow’s milk.  This Brie is unique as they add extra cream before the production process, giving it a creamy mouthfeel.  It is rich and decadent, with a snowy white, bloomy rind.
