Gouda with Cranberries

At Holland's Family Farms, expert cheesemaker, Marieke Penterman and her team handcraft traditional Dutch Goudas using time-tested, Old World, cheesemaking methods. Using fresh, raw cow's milk from her family farm, Marieke produces award-winning cheeses, which are carefully cured on imported Dutch pine planks in temperature and humidity-controlled aging cellars. Aged for over 60 days, this traditional Gouda is creamy and rich, with a hint of sweetness due to the addition of cranberries.
