Pepperoni Sticks

Since 1880, Usinger’s Famous Sausage has been crafting authentic European-style meats in the heart of Milwaukee. These pepperoni sticks are made using some of the same techniques passed down through four generations.

Unlike mass-produced snack sticks, Usinger’s uses a premium blend of beef and pork, seasoned with a proprietary mix of spices and slowly smoked in traditional brick ovens. The result is a pepperoni stick that honors the Old World Third Street tradition - bold, savory, and satisfyingly firm.

Texture:

Due to the natural casing on these snack sticks, they have a distinct, crisp "snap" when biting
