Salami All Beef with Garlic

Usinger's Sausage is a Milwaukee based company, only a couple of doors down from our own, and they are a household name around this area for their quality meats. This Old World Salami is only made with lean, choice, coarsely-ground beef and seasoned perfectly, with the addition of fresh hand peeled garlic for extra zip. Slowly smoked over hardwood slabs in old-fashioned brick smokehouses for two days to bring out the robust flavor. This is an all beef salami crafted using old world traditions.
