This traditional, Old World Summer Sausage is only made with lean, choice, coarsely ground beef and seasoned ‘just right’. It is slowly smoked over hardwood slabs in an old-fashioned brick smokehouse for two days to bring out the robust flavor and irresistible tantalizing aroma. Added jalapeno peppers give this classic sausage a spicy twist. Perfect for snacking with your favorite cheese or a great addition to any sandwich!
