Crafted by the Henning family in Kiel, Wisconsin—a creamery with over a century of award-winning heritage—this isn't your average flavored cheddar. It starts with Henning's world-renowned white cheddar base, which is then transformed with the addition of fermented Black Garlic and cracked Black Peppercorns.
Unlike raw garlic, black garlic is aged under specialized heat and humidity, resulting in a sweet, balsamic-like flavor with a deep "umami" richness. When paired with the subtle heat of peppercorns and a creamy Wisconsin cheddar, it creates a sophisticated profile that is both savory and slightly sweet.
